Mini_secretariat MINI- SECRETARIAT AND ADC OFFICE COMPLEX - Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee

Construction of Mini-Secretariat building in 7 Districts (all Districts of the States excluding Churachandpur and Imphal West) and ADC Complexes at the 3 Additional Deputy Commissioner Headquaters was taken up with a total estimated cost of 331.95 crores from 2004-05 onwards under Reconstruction Plan/Special Plan Assistance.

· Mini Secretariats at Senapati and Tamenglong were inaugurated by the Hon’ble Union Home Minister, Shri P. Chidambaram, on the 2nd and 3rd November, 2011, respectively. With these, 3 Mini-Secretariats/ADC Complex have been inaugurated.

Mini-Secretariat Building of Thoubal District and the ADC Complex at Kangpokpi are also at completion stage and are expected to be inaugurated shortly.
